01 Your package

All three designs A, B and C. Three watermark-free PNG images, one three-page PDF for a print shop, and this quick-start guide. No payment, sign-up or partnership commitment is required.

02 Start in three steps

1. Unzip the download. On a phone, use Files or Downloads, then save a PNG to Photos. You can also save images individually from the event page.

2. Check the event details. Reply to the email that supplied the package if a date, time, fee or other fact needs correcting. No artwork revisions are included.

3. Choose any design. You may use all three to promote this event.

03 Post online & print

Facebook: upload a PNG as a photo post or event-page image; add your event link in the caption.

Instagram: use B or C for a feed photo. Use A for a Story and fit the whole image inside the screen. Always check cropping before posting.

TikTok: upload a PNG as a photo post, add a caption and check the text is visible. These are still images, not videos.

Website: upload any PNG to the event page, add descriptive alt text and link to event/ticket details. Keep its proportions.

Printing: send PRINT-ALL-3-DESIGNS.pdf to a print shop. Pages 1 and 2 are letter portrait; page 3 is letter landscape. The complete artwork is fitted inside each page, with no cropping. Print at actual size or fit to the printer's safe area.

04 Choose your print size

Common requested formats: 11x17 or 18x24 inch window posters; 24x36 inch entrance posters; 24x18 inch yard signs; 6x3 foot banners. These are examples to request from the printer, not extra files included in the ZIP.

The supplied artwork is raster, not editable vector artwork. The PDF preserves the native image; it does not add image detail. Have the printer check resolution, bleed, safe area and material at the requested final size before quoting or printing. Large banners may require production adaptation by the printer. Printing, adaptation, hardware, installation and advertising space are paid separately to the supplier.

Native image dimensions: A: 1024x1536 pixels; B: 1086x1448 pixels; C: 1448x1086 pixels.

Permission from the property owner is required for physical placement.

Email the PDF and ask: Can you print this at my requested size? Please check resolution and bleed and quote quantity, material, finishing, hardware and pickup time. Please send a proof before production.
